The President of the United Republic of Tanzania and Chairperson of the Chama cha Mapinduzi (CCM), Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, has expressed her sorrow over the passing of the former Chairperson of CCM in Liwale, Mr. Kindamba Milingo.
During a condolence message delivered to mourners at the funeral held today (Wednesday, January 8, 2025) at the late Pulipwite's home in Liwale, Lindi region, CCM's National Executive Committee member and Prime Minister, Kassim Majaliwa acknowledged the significant contributions made by the deceased in strengthening the party during his lifetime.
He conveyed heartfelt condolences on behalf of the party's leadership, emphasizing the impact of Milingo's work in connecting the party with the government to ensure the implementation of CCM's manifesto for the development of Liwale.
Majaliwa encouraged CCM members to honor Milingo's legacy and continue to pray for him, highlighting his vital role in uniting the party with the Lindi region.
Additionally, Liwale "MP Zuberi Kuchauka" remarked on the loss of a dedicated leader and loyal party member who devoted himself to the growth of CCM.
Mr.Milingo passed away on January 6, 2025, at Sokoine Referral Hospital in Lindi and was laid to rest in Nanganda cemetery, Liwale, Lindi region.
