We exist in a world where the tool of poetry is to make us have a good relationship, to have good feelings of thoughts , to be happy about various things of the world especially in our daily activities.
"Every time I wake up in the morning I like to read a small piece of poetry ___and this is like breakfast in my life ", Joshua said.
Joshua says that every time he does the exercise of reading a poem his behavior and thoughts change all the time and he sees himself as if he is different from others .
He says that everytime he goes to the meetings of the institutions , all the shame is lost because he has a lot of vocabulary in his head where he learns through poetry workshops.
He adds that he seems to be different every time he meets his friends , even his friends realized that he has become a different person and he has created his new mental world.
A poem is a big piece in our lives because it teaches us many things like courage, creativity ,expanding the scope of ideas and great science in mind .
There was also a student at university of Dar es salaam studying computer engineering , he says that every time I want to learn programming languages I like to read a lot of poems because it even expands my art of writing computer languages.
In my computer engineering work , I have had a great ease of understanding all types of computer languages without using much energy , because the root of poetry in life digs many things and help build a strong mind .
We can see that poetry not only expands our imagination but it adds unlimited creativity that helps build mental health perfectly.
But also , there was one expert and he was a researcher in literary matters , he said that literature has a big piece that shows people's attitudes to be light and make it a product in life that helps sharpen people's lives .
"I can't sleep without reading a single page of words because it reminds me a lot in my life journeys and makes my mind lighter in decisions", he said .
